Same here, although it takes me a bit longer! I usually make mine last about an hour, and it takes me about 5 minutes if I want it out the way!

Well, I am usually 10-20 minutes, But I can always go for hours If I want to:P And to answer your other question, the longer you go, you tend to lose focus, and, therefore, lose "horniness". If you can keep your focus, then do it longer. But, If you get bored, you could always try "edging", where you you stop right before orgasm, wait for it to go away, and then start up again. That also works for me:D
