I was going to suggest that maybe he was doing it in a positive manner. I have heard of many scenarios where that is treated as a friendly gesture. BUT this doesn't seem that way. He is obviously going through puberty and may be a bit confused or jealous of what he sees in either porn or what he hears in real life.
