It means Grafenburg Spot (sorry about the spelling). It is a collection of nerve endings found near the prostate gland in males, and roughly 2 inches into the vagina (on the top wall) in females. This area is thought to dramatically increase a males pleasure in orgasm (though everyone's different) and give a female a whole different orgasm than a clitoral orgasm (in this case it would be a vaginal orgasm, which is hard for most girls to achieve).
