Good question! From most that i can gather its that some girls just love doing it cause it feels good for them and they like the taste of their partner and others choose to do it because they know that it makes the other person happy and they want to make them happy.

Same question really is why guys want to go down on a girl? Same thing... I get turned on doing it and it's about giving pleasure to the other person.

Many reasons. For one, it's fun with a 0% chance you get pregnant. For me I want to give my bf oral because he enjoys it so much. It makes me feel good that I can bring him pleasure. Sometimes he's horny, but I'm not in the mood, so this is a good way to take care of him without having to get myself worked up. And when you're pressed for time and need to take care of business quick it's the perfect solution. Plus, quid pro quo.
