Well this is crazy to say but it's around this time let year when I first began self harming. I can't believe I have been SH for a whole year :/ It's been a year of craziness in all honesty. I really hope that 2013 is a better year for me and for all of us for that matter.

Aw, thanks hun. I know, it's crazy when I look back on my own life to see how much time has passed since I've started too. You've been doing really great lately though, it's really incredible! I hope that 2013 is a better year for you too! :hug3:

But how long have you been free? 99? 100 that's around ether a third or a fourth (somewhere in between) free, not to mention the times where you've been free before, Hun, be proud that you're doing so well whether you're on day zero now or 100, because you can get it up there and keep it up for a while.
