Unreg post face?

So I have seen a few users with a post face that says unreg. I was just wondering what they exactly are...

Unregistered meaning their account hasn't been confirmed for activation yet Atleast I think that's what it means

No, if an account is deleted then they will show up as a guest, not as unregistered.

A user will have an unregistered rank when they either have not confirmed their email address, as already stated, or if their account has not been approved by an administrator in a time when accounts are being moderated.
