just repeating a motion over and over isn't exercise and won't make your arm bigger. it takes resistance to increase muscle mass. that's why weight lifters keep increasing the weight they lift. does using your right arm to lift a fork from the plate to your mouth for the last 15 years give you a bigger arm than the left arm? if your dick weighed 50 pounds then yes, jerking off would give you a bigger arm. think about it. every guy in the world jerks off. some of them have been jerking off for years and years. but how many walk around with one arm bulkier than the other?

if wank alot over a long time - i'm about 3/4 a day over about 5 years, then it makes a noticable difference to muscle DENSITY and definition, but not that much for size. Also if u stop exercising - for me my access to the gym has been cut off- i've noticed that my righ tarm (Wanking) has barely lost size and density compared to my left which has.

basically loads and loads of repetition makes the muscles more tendony - it doesn't increase the size of the muscles - thats caused by the muscle cells geting ripped by working out.

think about it this way - a blacksmith doesnt have MASSIVe arms - i mean they're big, but the muscle is tendony cause of the reptitive action.
