last night I had a sex dream. Now I know it's normal but, it was a bout my aunt and it completely disturbed me. I havn't sleept in nearly days. It's changed the way I look at her and what she does. I just need some support through this.

Do not worry man. I myself have had dreams about family memebers, some id rather not mention. Its all phycological and doesnt affect the way you think. Just forget about it man, best thing to do.

Its just hormones. Dont even think about it. Think about something annoyingly addictive. Get a really hard puzzle or read a long book. Hopefully youll stop thinking about it.

yeah, I agree with Trig. Dreams are weird things, what do you expect in the middle of the night, rationality?

That feeling of being bent out of shape is a normal side effect of remembering the disturbing aspect of the dream. It passes, don't dwell on it too much, the dream itself, the imagery, doesn't mean anything, it's not like it's a reflection of some real desire. Get some sleep.

Nighty nite!
