Okay, now I need some help. Shaving. You see, before I hit puberty, my dad passed away. A couple years later, trying to make things as little awkward as possible, my mother bought me an electric shaver. Now, I have been told that I suck at shaving (could just be my crappy ability) but, I thought I would buy a manual razor, to see how that works. Now, it is probably inevitable that first time, I am going to cut myself, but, to try to avoid that, I was wondering if any of you dudes out there wanted to share how you shave. Details are appreciated. Razor or electric, doesn't matter, I suck at shaving with an electric razor, so, I'm open to any advice. Also, I do trim down there, but now its growing on my legs and stuff, and its not exactly pleasant for the boyfriend. Now THAT is an area I don't want to cut. So, also, if I should do anything different when shaving down there, enlighten me. :D Thanks guys! :D

Hi John. Sorry your dad died.
You ortta keep using an electric shaver - they're safer on yer face. Pull the skin in the direction that makes the hairs stand up more & shave into the hairs, umm sort of, shave "against the grain". Like, if the hairs lean down to the left, shave from the left into the hairs. Don't try to shave until your skin feels smooth as a baby's bum, 'cos that'll leave ya skin feel like it's burning.
I trim my pubes & under my cock with a body groomer I bort from harvy norman for $30.
I like your signature:
"So, I'm not your average ordinary everyday teenager, I think I see the world a little differently."
Does this mean you've got Aspergers? I've got a bit of that.
"But that's okay, different is good. Different is awesome. That, is my message to you all, diversity is awesome, embrace it."
EXACTLY! YYAAYY!! and I'm gay. r u ?

1. Fence face with warm water
2. Put on enough shaving green for a good coat
3. Shave ( always moving down also keep the blades hot with water)
4. Rence face
5. Put on after shave

Wet your face with warm/hot water, lather shave cream on your face. Make sure to get your neck too because long hairs might grow. Wet razor with hot water and use smooth, gentle strokes, applying the tiniest bit of pressure. Rinse often and make sure you got around your nose and around the sides of your mouth. Rinse with cold water then I usually dry and apply a hand lotion.

Manual isn't that difficult I was sure I'd cut myself but I didn't. Just make sure you get warm water on your face and get a good layer of shaving cream. The smoothest shave comes from going against the grain but for the first time using manual go down your face the same way the hair grows

If you use n electric razor, shave before you shower, when your skin and whiskers are dry. If you shave with a blade, shower first, then shave. The warmth and steam from the shower opens up your pores and softens your facial hair, making it easier to shave. Some guys even shave IN the shower. Wet your face, then lather up. Always shave in the direction of your hair growth first. You can do a second pass in the opposite direction if you want a closer shave, but don't overdo it as it is easy to cause skin irritation at this point. Always follow up with a good aftershave balm or lotion.
