Random: Can a guy wear knee high converse?

I have asked adults and of course got a flat out no. What about you? Can a guy wear knee high converse to you? My friend does and they look cool but he's also goth and he has it where it goes with his clothes when he wears it... But in general do you think a guy could wear knee high converse?

In general, absolutely not. lol Personally, I think they look awful on anybody. High top converse and ankle converse are perfectly fine, but knee high converse are awful and if you ask me, look bad on everybody. However, I think girls can pull off knee high converse. But guys? No way.

That just my opinion, though.

To be honest I think they look ridiculous and revolting anyways, I don't understand the obsession. Can a "normal" guy pull them off? Probably not, most people can't in the first place so generally no.

I think a guy could, but would have to dress to match them because they're so 'in your face' and would kind of be what the rest of the outfit would revolved around.

I think you gave yourself the answer - any big theatrical bit of clothing like this only works if you have the whole outfit, but its going to look odd if you wear them with 'vanilla' casual clothes.

As for my point of view. When a boy wears knee high shoes he will look like a majorette or a basketball player wearing black steel toe boots on a ballgame.i mean it wont look good IN ANY ANGLE. But thats just me.if you really like to wear them,try them on first and see yourself in a mirror and if you think it looks good and you can carry it around,why not?

Honestly if that guy wore the right pants and shit with them, they might have a slim chance of pulling them off. VERY SLIM chance :P
