I don't see any reason why things should get awkward. You are both teen guys, you each would have guessed the other guy wanks, now you know. I don't see there's any need to say anything about it. It can just be kind of understood between you that it happened, no need for discussion. And if it happens again, whether under the sheets or not, much the same applies.
