I don't think so, but it may be some kind of mega blue balls

I'd say you just have a case of the blue balls. A few weeks ago, I didn't masturbate for nearly a week and it felt like someone kicked me in the balls, but the pain wouldn't go away! After I masturbated, the pain went away. It may feel better after you rub one out.

Do you know what causes that pain?

usualy your balls will only hurt if for instance you have been arroused and got hard... and you didnt do anything about it.. and the pain you feel after that is called blue balls
which at some point in the oast week you may have experienced. dont worry about it... if you want to avoid blueballs then try and push it out of the way by masturbating if you have to.

I think it's just a lot of sexual arousal. Since you haven't masturbated in a week, you haven't been able to relieve that arousal (through masturbation). Scientifically, you've probably gotten a few boners or been aroused in the last week, and that causes the blood to rush to your cock and balls (giving you a boner) and when you cum, your cock and balls shrink back down. Since you haven't cummed in a week, the blood stays there longer than it's supposed to, causing discomfort.

At least, that's what I think.

Thank you. And blood causes erections? Then what makes the penis, a fleshy organ, go from tiny and soft to long and basically bone hard?

Yeah, when you get an erection, blood flows into the penis and engorges it, causing it to become hard.

Mine only hurt when I try to do it too often in the same day.
