im having bad earpain in my left ear
it only happens whenever i yawn or burp and i am wondering if its caused from the headphones i am using. i dont put my headphones at high volume but theyre the ones that go inside your ears and cancel out sound.. should i stop using them?? Could i have damaged my ear drum or could it just be an earache

It could be the start of an infection. Or the earbuds. I would go a few days without using the earbuds and if it doesn't get better go see your doctor. Ear infections can get pretty nasty and painful if they're not caught right away.

Sounds like an ear infection. I always used to eat something cold. Ear Buds are different from the headphones cause the music is going directly inside your ear, whereas headphones have space to spread the sound. Try cleaning the earbuds with some of that cleansing alcohol. If it gets worse than go to a doctor, for me it takes about 3 days to get rid of an ear ache.

Unlike the others said, I doubt it's an ear infection because that would cause a constant pain but it is the ear buds that are causing it for sure I would suggest just cutting down on the amount of time you use them. I would highly suggest using over-ear headphone to help come to a compromise plus they generally have much better sound quality.

Ok thankyou
And it's a persistent pain
But it hurts the most when I'm using the ear buds
My boyfriend told me I should stop using them be cause they're not good for you

Mental Crisis  VT General Hospital.

As others said, it could possibly be an ear infection. While those do go away on their own, it will take a while compared to getting antibiotics for them. However since you’re unsure of what it is, then this may not even be the case.
I’d watch them for a few more days. During this time, I would not use the earbuds as they could cause further irritation of your ear, making it all worse. If it gets better on its own, then maybe try using them again. If it doesn’t get better - or if it gets worse, I would look into seeing a doctor.

I'm not going to say it's likely your earbuds caused it, but I would definitely try and cut down use as much as you possibly can (use over-the-ear headphones instead).

I used to get that symptoms associated with Vertigo and other headaches mostly caused by dehydration. It's gotten bad though, since my previous job did cause me to have a ruptured ear drum that's going on 3rd year of recovery now.

That pain could simply be a contraction from a flu or cold. Wait it out a while, if it gets bad or doesn't go in a few days, definitely see a doctor.
