It may be too late to report the abuse, but word abuse is harassment, and people can be prosecuted for that.

Well no shit sherlock. Of course your pissed. The best thing to do is talk to your counceler and tell them about it as much as you can about it.

Well I said that because it's so obvious that you are pissed. That's why I said "No shit sherlock!" because it was so obvious.

Quit while you're behind, Genisis. Your bluntness and complete lack of compassion is not helping at all so unless you suddenly find you have somthing polite and/or constructive to say, I think it's best if you just don't say anything else.

if u still got bruises from it then it probbly wouldnt be too late and also if anyone else witnessed it or u have any other evidence (eyewitness is the most unreliable) then u could definetly still report it

While you may not be able to prosecute him, you can still talk about it and get help. Being abused when you are younger can effect you mentally later in life. You should talk to a guidance counselor or therapist so you can talk it out and get help for it because if you hold it all inside it will just make things worst for you.

I've been through depression - and the best thing is to go to some sort of authority. You might think you'll get more pain from it and you'll see a bunch of court shit, but it'll end! Being raised well is an aspect of life that is well needed, and if you get out now it will benefit your life and your decisions. Think positive, it might be hard, but it sure as hell helps. I hope it works! :)
