How to hide?

I have a few bracelets but not enough to cover everything. I don't have any long-sleeved shirts and can't wear hoodies or jackets indoors even if I'm freezing. I have no way of buying anything. So far I haven't been caught but I'm scared it will happen any day now.

You can use the motivation of not having anything to cover with to help you decrease your self harming, and eventually stop. But for the moment, I'd say keep using the bracelets, or use makeup like foundation if they're not fresh wounds. Also use cocoa butter lotion on healed marks to help make the scarring a lot less noticeable. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do other than that except long sleeves / hoodies, but that's unavailable.

If you can believe it ... I actually don't own makeup and I'm the only girl in my house. Ditto for lotion. I'm trying to stop, but it's not really working. I stoped on my arms, moved to my leg, but the scars are still there.

i use a bandana around my wrist with braclets (i also dont have many braclet) this might help you

Hon, you have to stop. The odds are good that someone will find out eventually. You shouldn't try to hide it. Try to stop before it gets addictive. If it's already addictive, try to stop. If you need someone to talk to, you can talk to me. Please, stop for your own good.

I'm trying to stop. I have to stop, but I can't. It's so easy to go to the blade when things get rough. I keep telling myself I have to stay strong for my girlfriend who also cuts. Im trying but as soon as I think I might have broken the addiction something happens and I find myself going straight for the pain.
