yea, i know, i reaaaallllly messed myself up over the summer. I rlly only ate dinner. a small dinner. thats all i ate every day from june-aug....maybe a few breakfastes hear and there....

i was really depressed then. and i always felt sick and weak. now i am not like htat. kinda. i still have to kinda graze so not to feel ill(if i eat too much, i wanna puke b/c im still not used to it)(called eating inbetween class guys) I'm getting better w/o help. but heres the prob.

I CANT KEEP WEIGHT ON!! i'm sure in hindsight, i prolly lost like, 30-40lb, i'm 5ft 7 and only 135lb now. i was 150 before i stoped eating. i want to know if i 100% ruined my body in 3mo. I just want to know. Im not htat unhelathy, but im dead serious you can see my ribs and i can overlap my thumb and midle finger around my wrist to the first nuckle...im just a lil worried.

don't worry about the bad eating pattern too much most teens go though a point were they will eat here and there but there is never a set down eating pattern, i would normally eat mid morning if i got hungry but then would be too busy to really think about eating at all and somedays i wouldn't.

the way you have been eating it's normal you have dropped that much weight, proberly not too good for you butat your age weight does tend to change quiet rapidaly. i'm the same height as you and weight a little less, but at your age i weighed about 150 or more, it does change quiet quick.

if you want to start putting weight on try to at lest eat at set times and even if you don't feel like eating at least try a tiny bit, or even if it helps snak when your most likely to be distracted like infront of the tv thne you won't think about eating as much and mading won't feel sick.

aso for being able to see ribs and fit you fingers around your wrist that doesn't depend on how light you are it just depends on your bone structure, i know people that are over weight but have very small wrists still and overlap there thumb and finger around it still.

try eating smaller meals, more often. I'm sure you already are. Also, try to eat all healthy food, so that when you do gain weight again, its not all fat. as for your height and seeing your ribs, I too am about 5 ft 7, but i weigh about 115 pounds. You can see my ribs, but not by much. and our wrist size is fine. My friend is about the same height as me, and weighs more, but i can fit my thumb to my pinky, and they over lap to the first knuckle.

I stopped eatin eatin propely like a year ago

nd I lost 2 1/2 stone(dun kno wa tha is in lb)

I used 2 be 2 sizes bigger than all me m8s now I'm the same size as em

nd it really easy 2 put weight bck on

jusy eat regualely agin nd u'll put it bck on

hey don't worry about it if youre trying hard and determined the weight will come back on,. just don't give up

I wouldn't worry so much about gaining weight. Just eat a healthy diet and get some exercise. Muscle looks better than fat, anyway. There's nothing wrong with a couple ribs showing, either, as long as you're healthy. I'm taller than you and weigh less, but I get a lot of exercise. Just as long as you keep fit any reasonable weight is fine.
