Being overweight, I was hoping one of you can give me some healthy recipes that are yummy and easy to stay on. One other thing, I was thinking of ways to get away from the junk food. Any help would be amazing. Thanks,

Just don't buy junk food. Don't eat desserts. And try to force yourself to eat a lot of fruits, and veggies, and eat a fist-size ammount of meat a DAY. Preferably white meat.
Take up rowing. If you don't have a machine, use one at a gym.
Rowing burns chub EXTREMELY WELL MORE THAN ANY OTHER EXERCISE!!! :D

Google smoothie recipes! Smoothies are awesome and healthy. And they taste sweet so that satisfies a sweet tooth.

Don't carry money with you outside.
Think of yourself possibly getting fatter if you eat more junk food :P

You could always buy a healthy cooking cookbook and challenge yourself to cook through it entirely. Get a group of friends together to do it so you keep each other disciplined.

There are plenty of recipes out there, or you can always invent them yourself.

well try to replace candy bars with bananas, chips with grapes, and try to stay a way from the cheese.
