Im 17 y/o male and i have a freind from school that is 20 and lots of times he will tell me he loves me and he hugges me and kisses me alot of times, and it kinda creeps me out.... But the thing is i know he has a gf so i can't figure out wtf is wrong with him....

Honestly, you said that he has a girlfriend, and I would venture to say that he's either straight or bisexual, but I don't think he's pursuing you in that way. He seems to be, well, incredibly affectionate for whatever reason. The thing is, if it's creeping you out, then you need to talk to him about it. Tell him that when he hugs you and kisses you and says he loves you, it makes you uncomfortable, and that you want him to stop. Draw some boundaries, because again, if he's making you uncomfortable, that's not something that a friend does, especially doing it on purpose.

1) it doesn't matter what his sexual orientation is.
2) if his behavior makes you uncomfortable, then tell him that his behavior makes you uncomfortable. That seems to be the main issue here.

He might be bi, but I do see a problem in the friendship if that is true. People express their affections in different ways, even though it sounds stupid to some people, a thing that makes us human is our ability to love. Now this type of love, might be brotherly love, as in he considers you a close friend, perhaps a best friend. I have friends who literally tell me I love you, even in random situations or as joke, or after they've said something that might make me mad, then I also have friends who show their affection by mildly offending me and by being annoying, and I have like two friends who do it by touch rather than by words. I consider myself to be one by touch, I don't mind giving a hug or letting my friend sit on my lap. Yet again this is mostly about who you are, and nobody can't change that. My best recommendation is to talk with your friend and say hey it's kinda weird, sooner or later something will pop.

To be quite honest none us can be for sure if he's gay or not the only one who can really answer this question is him. My best advice is for you to ask him whether or not he is gay, as this is the only surefire way to find out without resorting to listening to gossip which is most of the time untrue.
