Basically I've been skiving PE for the last 3 months, just hiding in the toilets or wandering around school. I have proper bad cuts and scars all over my legs and we have to wear shorts for PE. I got caught skiving last PE lesson and now there trying to force me to do it. Ive told my behavioral manager that i have a reason for not wanting to do PE but i can't tell her. Their now threatening to get police involved and everything cause apparently its 'a legal requirement that i do PE' blah blah, any advice on what i should do because im gonna end up getting suspended for the 4th time in the last few months (for different reasons) and i cannot let that happen or i'll never get into collage! please help:confused: thank you.

EDIT: My school found out i was self harming last year but they know think ive stopped and they are not finding out again!!

Well why don't you just wear tracksuit or leggings? It's not like they can force you to take them off and you'll still be doing PE. Do you have skin coloured tights because if you wore them sometimes they can hide the scars/cuts somewhat if they do force you to wear shorts.

What happened last time your school knew? Is it so bad that they can't know again?

I told a person in student services at school who i really trusted but straight away my mum was called into school and i was sent to the doctors, i had to go to camhs that i absolutely hated and after about 2 weeks nobody at school ever mentioned it again even though my arms and legs were completely covered in cuts. I know that if i tell someone the exact same thing will happen again :(
And im not allowed to wear tracksuit bottoms or leggings.
