I was just curious if we are allowed to put our Words With Friends or Draw Something user names in our sig so people can play together. Or is this considered contact information? If so how would pming them my username be against the rules?

I would guess it's considered contact info..although that's only a guess.

according to this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=162416):

Not only can you not have a KIK username in your signature, you cannot have any personal contact information (i.e. Skype, AIM, etc…) in your signature. The only exception to this is for moderators who are allowed to post their staff email addresses in their signature.
This is done for your safety. Guests can see signatures on this site, so it would be unsafe to have your contact information completely public. Instead, just use the “Contact Info” tab on your profile to post IM username. However, KIK is not allowed anywhere on the site.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to PM me, or any member of staff. :)

underlined the important part, so I don't really think you can. I may be wrong though, so I'll wait for a staff member to clarify.

Am I wrong or aren't they linked with Facebook?

if you choose to you can link it through facebook... but you can make a separate username

It's contact information. Standard rules apply.
If you have the ability to PM(you do), then you can send it via that. But as usual, if it's used for inappropriate purposes, it's likely all those involved will be banned or at least infracted.
