could be please have an autistic spectrum disorder(asd) / aspergers subsection in the mental health forum, i wanna place to speak to fellow aspies and spread the word about the disorder and other related to it

At the moment I don't think we have a big enough demand to make one, you will have to post in one of the other forums, the Mental Illnesses (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=32) forum will probally be the best place.

Thanks for the suggestion, but like rok.my.sox said we have a general Mental Illnesses forum, in the link he provided that is for all mental illnesses not covered by the 4 sub-forums.

Yeah, I agree with Ant ... also, it's not really a common enough disorder to have a sub-forum dedicated to it, and because some of the symptoms of Aspergers are traits that many people have, I don't really think it's a good idea to have a forum advertising what it is and it's traits and having people make self diagnoses (sp? :S) and thinking they have a neurobiological disorder when they don't. :/

Really? I wouldn't be surprised if I had Asperger's. I think it's a lot more common than most people realize.
