Hey guys, well, like the title says, low blood sugar... at least I think that's what it is...
Anyways, for the past few weeks, I've had a few days where I have the symptoms:
Shakiness/Jittery
Huge (or none) appetite
Headaches also differ.
Irritability
Anxiety sometimes, but I'm normally a worrying person :P

I'm not really sure about any heartbeat issues or whatever. Those are the only symptoms I can remember.
Only reason why it's concerning me is because started happening like once a week, and now it seems like it's becoming a problem more often.

Off the top of my head, I can remember about four different days where this has happened. I might have had a few more days like this, but I can't remember right now.

Also, I'm currently taking-
400mg of Magnesium, 100mg of B-2, and 100mg of Co Q-10 per day for migraines, but other than that, no prescriptions.

I'm hoping I can get into the doctor (and rather soon), so that way I can find out what the deal is, hopefully nothing major. But in the meantime, I'm eating and drinking regularly. What else can I do to keep this from happening?

Thanks in advance :)

(also, apologies if this doesn't make much sense.)

Low blood sugar could be a possibility, you can test for this yourself (which you may want to do, depending on when you can get to a hospital/doctors) by buying a blood glucometer, in the UK you can buy them from supermarkets or chemists for £10, mening you could probably pick one up for about $15 (I don't know where you are from ) lol. They are really easy to use and don't really hurt that much, just a prick on your finger :) if it is low blood sugar, you can buy something called glucogel which can raise blood sugar levels quickly, or you could drink fizzy drinks or eat sweets when you are hypoglycaemic (but make sure that low blood sugar is the problem first) ... But you need to go to the doctors or hospital if you can :)

With the symptoms you have described, I would not be surprised if it was low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). But you would have to make sure through a blood test (a hemoglobin A1c test in particular). So please get your doctor/hospital to do this test and to check your liver and your kidneys.

I would actually be more concerned about what is causing it, since the causes of hypoglycemia (if your test comes out positive) can range from cancer and kidney failure to a congenital genetic defect or even adrenal insufficiency.

If you start becoming tired and confused all the time, it's a sign you may be in the advanced stages of hypoglycemia. Don't leave it!

Hope it's nothing serious, but must check this. All the best!
