Do you have any symptoms?

I wouldn't worry...there are a couple you COULD catch in a perfect germ infested situation (bleeding gums would almost have to be) So if you have good oral hygiene, probably fine..

The CDC says if you have unprotected oral sex you can get HIV, Herpes, HPV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Syphilis. They say that Syphilis is really easy to get from blow jobs and herpes is contagious even when there are no symptoms. So not saying you have any of that but you asked if you could get anything and according to the CDC the answer is yes you can. To be honest I have never heard of anyone, anywhere who actually use condoms for oral sex tho and i think the stuff the other people said about open sores and bleeding gums and cumming in your mouth and all that are important to know and prolly go a long way to prevent stuff like this.

valid points, but as you say, very few people use condoms for oral sex (who could stand the rubber taste is beyond me)...but it is "technically" possible for HIV to be transmitted orally, although saliva itself kills the virus. all the other "baddies" out there can be transmitted, so know who you blow...and don't be a whore...

Since it's your friend, you could just delicately ask if you need to be worried about it.

He'd have to already have an std, and you would have had to have an open sore in your mouth.

Agree with Troy
But you are not infected with any STDs if the one you gave a bj to is not infected.

I personally would not worry about it, unless you had cuts on your lips/mouth and he ejaculated in your mouth. if you do or it stings when you pee then go and see someone...stress less :p

Unless he had already had sex with another person who was already sexually active he couldn't have anything...Your not born with these things

If you are really worried about it, ask him...your chances of getting any of the above mentioned diseases are very slim with oral sex...just be cautious of random sex man, it's just the numbers game....like getting into a car accident. The more you are on the road, the better chance of being a statistic....stay safe
