Most people have thought about it. You need either to be really (as in REALLY) flexible to be able to do it, or you can be less flexible but need like a 9" dick. It was actually in the news a couple of years ago that a man had his bottom rib removed in order to do it (if it weren't for the bottom rib then anyone could do it- even with a 4" penis or something like that)- but that's not recommended.
