That is already average for the fully grown adult male.. When adult males are grown their hard penis length is 5-6 inches. So now you are already considered average, so don't worry about it that much. Usually boys' penises tend to grow very rapidly when they are at their 17 and 18 age. So you will probably get bigger already.

Mirroring what other's have said, that's average. If that still doesn't make you feel relieved inside, you still have time to grow. I remember when I was 14/going on 15, I was about your size, but I've grown and it's only been about a year.

I know it's always a huge issue for size. All guys would love to be bigger. Just saying, the vagina is only 4in deep and the prostate in guys is situated about 2.5in inside the anus. I dont know if you're gay or straight, but in any event anything above 4in should do. Whatever the case may be, girth is more of a factor than length.
