mods please answer this?

mods, please inform me if i was mis-informed
i was told that you now have to approve someone to join the forums as a new member.. and im confused because if thats the case how is it done. do you do background checks out something... because we currently have 2 new members trolling the forums posting HIGHLY inapropriate content with pictures of cut wrists and other content.... is something being done....
i hate to be like so demanding but i might not be the only member being hurt by these trolls. they are posting some very upsetting and triggering content. currently there are 2 i have seen something president and butista or something like that and both are being very disrepectful. i was just wondring is there anyways that mods can only approve certain people who want to join. \sorry again im just very upset right now.... this site is supposed to be like a safe haven for people who want to seek advice and its becoming rather painful seeing what other members are going through and then i see assholes like these join and start fucking drama and problems.. again i am sorry but this is rediculous. and any mods who have a problem with this i am sorry but i cant take this trolling anymore. i come here to get advice and give advice... and i feel safe here and i really dont want that status to change. i really dont wwant to have to leave here and join somewhere else :(:(:(

and anybody who sees any strange members on here posting rude things remember to please report.

I understand that youre upset, but at the amount of people who join this site almost everyday it will be hard for the administration to keep up with the people joining the site and to do a 'background check' as you called it. Rest assured that i will personally handle these people committing these acts, but the way you can do your part is to report them, pm a moderator or administrator and to avoid the thread because it does you no good to continue to look at it. I appreciate your sensitivity to bring it up, but I'll make sure the situation is taken care of.

Yep, it isn't foolproof, that's why there's us mods to help keep the place clean. :)

yes and see above you,, thats one of them and he is really starting to upset me. he has 2 accounts made... and the other one has some graphic pictures and triggered me to have flashbacks.

The thing that you have to understand is, mods are doing their jobs on their own time. They have lives too, and can't be sitting on VT 24/7 waiting for something to happen.
It is not like mods see it and do nothing about it, as soon as someone can handle it, they will. Sometimes it's not that easy to be a mod, especially in the H&A forums. They do a fantastic job.

I've see. A few pictures but whenever I report them they go away in he next five!minutes. I feel that the H&A mods do a fantastic job As is. You just have to be patient as just like you're not on all day all night; neither are they
