Depends if you wake up or not. Some guys sleep through. So they are like nothing, just that they discover the mess in the morning. Other guys (like me) wake up just before cumming. In that case they are amazing, very intense and, for me anyway, the cum just pumps out.

Depends if you've experienced your first ejaculation yet. If not, then wait and see. But many guys don't get wet dreams if they masturbate regularly. I've never had one either.
