I read that to get rid of anxiety, you should do something no matter how worried you are.

Should someone have Sex if they are really worried, or can you wait until you are less worried?

But if you wait until you are less worried, isn't that avoiding your anxieties?

its okay to be worried about sex if its your first time - i was too, but if u want to do it, then feel free :P don't be worried about performance, no ones amazing for their first time. if you u watch how i met your mother, even barney wasn't :P
