If your an American and you know about GCSE's in the UK, Could you tell me if there is anything like them in America?

I did the Cambridge system in High School. I don't think there's anything close (from what I've seen) anywhere in America, except maybe for any international schools.

I don't really think so but I studied and graduated with an International Baccalaureate.

High School Diploma at the end for most, I presume. Not structured like O levels and A levels.
