well i was masturbating earlier and i did it pretty hard and i noticed that it looked swollen and it kinda bulges out in some places and at the base of the penis. has this happened to anyone else? and is anything really wrong here or is it just swollen?

Unless you've had recent injury there, I doubt it's swollen and it's more than likely veins in your penis, which can bulge out during an erection and is completely normal.

It's probably a vein. if it was swollen it would hurt if you touched/poked it.

911! 911! 911! You CAN break your penis! It is NOT supposed to be 'swollen' in places, if you masturbated really hard, it is possible to break some of the tissues in there, which would result in swelling and bulging. If it is still there, call your doc immediately, do not fool around with this, as you can have a permanent injury. I am not joking here.

Well, there is a book that you can more than likely find in a book store. My mom got it for me. It's called "The "What's Happening to my Body" Book for Boys" I highly recommend it if you have questions about this sort of thing.
