I think the orgasm actually relaxes the uterus and makes the cramps go away if not makes them at least bearable. been doing it for my cramps since i was 13 and my older cousin turned me on to it

i've done that when i've been sick. it's kinda like if i have a stuffy nose and it's hard to sleep i masturbate. and then after i orgasm it makes it easier to breathe thru my nose. and it also makes me tired so i can fall asleep quicker as well. :)

If I'm sick, the last thing I want to do is anything sexual. I feel weak and achy so I just sleep most of them time. It's one of the only times I don't feel like masturbating.
