I need help

Hey, For christmas i got an Advent Monza S200 Laptop and I am not able to use the webcam ( so I can putmy profile picture on VT as myself)

If it came out of a brand new box, it should be set up for you from the manufacturer.

If it's used and possibly gone through a re-install, you will need to install drivers for the model of the webcam. You can easily google them and find the appropriate download for your operating system.

It was brand new, when I go to 'Start', then 'Devices' , I can't see the webcam.

The webcam won't appear there.

Go into the device manager and it should appear under Imaging Devices. If it doesn't then install the drivers for your webcam like I said above.
