Is this normal?

I'm attracted to girls physically and emotionally. I'm only attracted to boys physically, meaning that I wouldn't mind experimenting with other boys. Sometimes when I'm masturbating, I catch myself thinking about girls. Other times I'm thinking about boys. Is this normal? I'm 13 years old and I think I'm straight. Is there any reason to be concerned over my sexuality? Thank you for any help. It's greatly appreciated! :)

It is totally normal to be curious. I know I was curious when I was your age. One of the ways I found out who I actually was, was through experimentation. I think that to find your "true" sexuality, you should experiment with a guy and possibly a girl. Usually you will know after that. You could also consider yourself "Bi" (likes both genders) or "Bi-Curious" (likes girls but wants to experiment or try it with guys)

However, because you are only 13, this give you the perfect opportunity to "shop around" meaning date some girls, date some guys and see what you like best. I did not officially realize I like guys until my 8th grade and Freshman years.

Yeah, that's pretty normal. Curiosity is very common during teen years, because your hormones begin to rage, and cause you to be very horny.

it's totally normal just coursity in your puberty you will experience a lot of things like that for a few years to come so not to worry an you well find your true meaning soon

Its great you can recognise how you feel - at 13 very few can be certain of thier sexuality.

but many are - there is no need to be concerned you are what you are.

And being aroused by both boys and girls is ok - just takes time for all the hormones to settlte down.

In today's world sexuality is a big issue. A lot of things apply with sexuality. What I say is just continue to live life and continue to do you for the most part. Don't worry too much about it. It could be a phase. I saw truly evaluate yourself when you are 16. Sit down on your 16 birthday and then decide that hey I like guys and I'm bi. Reason why I say 16 cause by then you are coming into yourself and you know who you really are inside and out. Best of luck.
