How can I hide my scars on my wrists and also where can I cut where it won't show on me in my school's PE swim unit

Wrist bands hide scars on your wrists quite well, if the obvious long sleeves isn't possible. Make up can hide things moderately well if they're not fresh cuts or they're not too dark, but i've found make up to have limited success, and if you're planning to swim then wrist bands is probably your best bet.

And as for your swimsuit, we don't know what it looks like? You'll have to figure that one out yourself, I don't feel comfortable giving tips.

My favorite way of hiding scars is to color all over my arms with sharpies. I write and draw stuff over my scars. How about not cutting at all? That's a good way for people not to see! Try wearing a rubber band on your wrist and snapping it whenever you feel the urge to cut? That helped me a lot.

I've tried using the rubber band snapping before and i didn't help me it was just annoying and i wear long sleeve shirts and hoodies but i have still have to find a good way to hid the scars on my wrists i don't cut there anymore so there's a less chance of it being seen. so any ways i can hid those because were swimming in PE class until the middle of February and for the wrist bands i would need a lot because i cut from the inside of my elbow to like inches away from my wrist

You asked about your wrists so I answered about scars on your wrists, you've only just told me they're on your arms and not on your wrists :p

Buy some Bio Oil. It's really good stuff and it makes your scars fade really quite quickly.

Boi Oil works really well. I had some scars on my forarm and they faaded within like 3 days of using bio oil even if its justso nce a day that i applied it.Also apparantly lemon juice r somehthing like that works to help scars fade. or you can just wear hair ties i have loads that are all stretched differently so they cover different scars on my arm. For school this works really well especially coz im at a private school and dont often get told to take them off (they r really strict on bracelets unfortunately).
