Hi again :) from my previous post, I started exercising more, 5-6 hours everyday and doing splits and yoga while watching tv. I still weight the same tho.

I've been super tempted to try diet pills, my friend took them and she claimed it was effective. But I'm scared that the diet pills will cause some liver problems.

Again back to my aunt, she is still making remarks about me. Apparently my new name is Gloria, the hippo whom love to dance in Madagascar, my thighs are big tree trunks, and I'm an air carrier.

Over the holidays , I've been a tiny bit of depressed due to some sad events happening in my life, I took a marker and drew it on my thighs, 'fat b*tch', 'ugly wh*re' and so on and cut myself cause I dang hate my appearance.

Next year I'm gonna try to be a vegetarian and exercise more. Sooooo, any help? Btw, if you wanna see my pics, find me at instgram, Removed

don't do diet pills. Eat the fruits and vegetables.
What is your current diet?
what do you weigh.
what is the weight goal?

keep a positive mind set.
