I think it depends how old you are. If you're 13-14, people may make fun of you, b/c there are a lot of immature assholes at that age, but I don't think anyone will make fun of you. There's no reason to be worried over bigger breasts unless they cause you physical pain in some way (i.e. hurt your back, etc.). You shouldn't be ashamed, you would probably be more likely to be made fun of if you had no breasts. Don't worry, you'll be fine, as your breasts mature, the guys (and girls) around you will mature as well (hopefully :P).

(she's 13). When your body starts to change, it's normal to feel self conscious. That comes from recognizing that what you're used to is changing. It takes time to adjust to those changes. Welcome to ouberty!

No doubt people will notice your breasts, although they'll sorta just take it in stride, assuming you're a teenager. It means less to them than it does to you, afterall they're yours. But, you might notice them looking, which will be new, too, and you might feel uncomfortable. But, this will pass, they're not 'making fun' of you (unless they're jealous!), just noticing something about you. And as long as you're comfortable with it, you should also be comfortable with them noticing, too.

You only 13. There might be people laughing at you, but the vast majority of the time it's because they're jealous. I had the same problem when I was your age, people used to make fun of me and I tried to cover myself up but now I know they were all just jealous and I think differently about myself now. There's nothing to be ashamed of, most guys like big breasts! :)
