You know how on a normal circumcised penis it has that little ridge all the way around? Well on mine I have a little bit on skin connecting the head and the shaft on the far left of my penis. Is this normal?

That just means that when the surgeon was operating, he or she didn't cut a little part of the remaining forskin off. It's not a big deal at all. ;)

You may be referring to something called a skin bridge, in which a piece of the shaft skin fuses to the head. I had one and got it surgically removed last summer.

I had that case before. All you have to do is to 'retract' it. It's just the skin that wasn't cut by the doctor. No big deal ;)

Actually the surgeon probably did make the cut correctly, but the cut edge came
into contact with the glans while healing and grew into it. Not to blame your
parents, but they (and your doctor(s)) should have checked after the circumcision
that this was not happening. It's called a skin bridge and is something a doctor can
easily remedy in the office.
