So I'm getting mouth surgery to add more bone to my jaw (naturally had a bad jaw bone). I want my teeth superbly clean by then. How long does it take to get teeth in very good condition? Also, how do I reverse gingivitis and how long does it take? I don't know why parts of my guns were bleeding, I brush daily and use mouth wash every once in a while...

electric toothbrush works wonders, mouth wash everyday, floss, and brush gums and teeth

I do all that except floss, it's hard flossing with braces. I have a Sonic Care toothbrush.

I use a water pick. It works as my floss and I don't have to try and push it through my braces.
