Signature Images

Hey guys, I am trying to make a new signature image but it doesnt have the transparent background. Im using Photoshop CS5 and I have tried saving it as a PNG and a GIF under save as and save for web. Any help would be appreciated.

It has to be saved a transparency enabled PNG that is under 50 KB, otherwise, it will lose any transparency.
