Balls hurting

I am posting this for my boy friend. He has a concern about his testicles. After he ejaculates he says that sometimes his balls hurt. I thought I would ask on here because I am concerned for him. So I guess my question is, is this a normal thing to happen or should he see a doctor about it?

what is he doing when he ejaculates? If he's masturbating then its probably just " blue balls". If he's doing something else then I would see a doctor if the pain persists eveery time he ejaculates.
