Chat Room: Mobile Device Issue

Hello, I've been trying to connect to the the chat room via Iphone4 and it comes up satin this account isn't valid to use this mobile device or something. Is there a requirement or is it just not useable on Mobile devices?

The chat room does not support mobile devices. If we where to support mobile devices it would cost an extra $35.

The chat subscription already costs quite a lot of money and as Darkness said it would cost extra for the chat to be made compatible with mobile. I am sure if it was free then it would be implemented but alas it is not and therefore that is why we don't have it.
