Girls, if a guy had something that looked like an STD, like a couple small, non-discolored, discreet bumps, (at the base of the thing) but it wasn't contagious, would that be a huge turn off?

If it looked like an STD, yes, that would be a complete turn-off. How would I think it to be an STD and also know that it's not contagious?
