This depends on if her navel is pierced. I'm going to assume it is or why else would u decide on this as a gift. Now, normally, at only a months length of time for the relationship, I wouldn't normally approve of something like this but since it doesn't literally say "I love you" but I think this is perfect for a christmas gift.
