If it's a feeling of satisfaction and relaxation then it's your refractory period. Some guys (including myself) feel a great deal of happiness and contentment after orgasm, it's really a great feeling.

You could be talking about feelings of guilt as a small few experience this - there's no need to, it's perfectly natural and acceptable.

You could be talking about the guilt some people feel. I used to feel really bad, and after masturbating I would get a drive to do something productive. It goes away as you get older.

Maybe you feel guilty after masturbating. Just remind yourself its normal for guys to masturbate and hopefully it will go away.

Its not guilt guys, look at a post of his, he said everyone (meaning himself 2) feels great after, so that's why I didn't say guilt
