I feel like im loosing my best friend to my sister. We've been friends basically like brothers since before he knew her but now that he knows her its like I dont even exist. What do I do?

They are both right, but one piece of information is missing. You do not specify how you are loosing him. Is he on your sis friend-zone, or he's dating her? If the latter, then you need to set the ground rules, remind him you are first friends, and second, this just to humor him, future in-laws. Remind him that you will still be his friend if she breaks up with him.

Now, if he's just interested on her as a friend and is disregarding you, well, he just did what many people do in their life, decided to put you on the acquaintances list.:(
