awhile ago when i was looking through the threads on here and i saw one on inducing lactation, and someone made a comment that it isn't possible to induce lactation if you weren't pregnant. that is a lie, it is possible to induce lactation without pregnancy but it is very difficult to accomplish without constant nipple stimulation and drug therapy.
with that said is there anyone besides me that still wants to try?

no thanks. That doesn't sound fun to try.

No. For the record this is not impossible, but it would take doing that for several hours for a few weeks.

Ouchie
I barely like stimulating my nipples as it is
I don't think I'll be doing this unless I'm pregnant

To each their own i say and if thats something you really want go for it. But for the record while pure stimulation alone without any harmone therapy would be difficult to induce lactation i have heard it's possible with some women. Perhaps you can convince your doctor to start you on the harmones that will produce lactation. I am kinda curious why you want to begin lactating is it about getting bigger breast?

my mom is still nursing my baby sis, she is almost 2 years old then she will stop. Mom doesn't mind the nursing but she has to pump the milk that Lindy doesn't suckle out after each feeding. she has to do this three times a day or she gets engorged. She has to wear nipple pads under her bra because sometimes she leaks or dribbles. she wakes up at night with a wet gown sometimes and when she is trying to take a nice warm soaking bath, she wakes up in her own milk bath because the pores in her nipples open and they just start spraying like a little fountain. So if you want milk, you had better really want it. I'll just wait until I'm pregnant, thank you. My mom is a 34C cup and she produces between 25-30 ounces of milk a day. I think that's a lot of weight don't you? and that isn't counting the extra weight that the breast grow.

no it's not about bigger breasts it's about the emotional feelings that you get from having a child suckle at your breast that i want.

Do you have a child you want to breast feed or plan on breast feeding a child someone has given you their full permission to breast feed?
Because induced lactation is not equal to the maternal feelings you're seeking. That "emotional feeling" you're looking for, can only be felt by a mother/woman with maternal instincts in full drive. Unless for whatever reason your body has kicked into mama bear gear, you won't be feeling that.
