The weirdest thing happened to me after only drinking half a beer. I know that half a beer is NOTHING, but I have a extremely low alcohol tolerance and have severe asian glow lol. So basically after drinking half of the beer (in a span of 60-90 min, I know I'm slow haha) I got extremely sleepy, very common, but when my friend pulled me up from the couch to drive me home, I felt soooo lightheaded, I never had felt it so severe; my ears started to ring and all of a sudden my brain just like blanked out. I closed my eyes and started to stumble, my friend had to support me for a good 5 seconds. After I snapped out of this blank state and felt nauseous; went straight to the bathroom and felt like puking. But a few seconds of just breathing in and out I got this crazy wave of heat that started accumlating and climb to my head (hot flash?), the ringing from my ears increased as well. I looked in the mirror but I was just pale not red. Shortly after I felt all the heat going away as all the blood just suddenly rushed down. Now it felt like this icy cold blood was leaving my brain and the ringing in my ears immediately.stoppes. I started to take deep breaths and slowly back to normal. It was so weird, this isn't the first time I drank before, I've finished a beer (and had more) in the past. But after half a Pyramid Hefeweizen: unfilteres wheat ale (had the same brand before) all this shit happened. Just wondering what was up, again I have a super low tolerance and have asian glow (head/heart starts pounding, become extremely red throughout, sleepy) but nothing like this ever happened.

Tell me what you guys think, would be much appreciated!
Thanks

You might want to stop drinking. Or ask a doctor.

You could have possibly been drugged by somebody.
Likely though, you were just drunk.

most likely option: you were very dehydrated (alcohol + lack of water
less likely option: you have an EXTREMELY low tolerance, like extremely
least likely option: your drink was spiked

if you are on any medication (anti depressants, ADHD meds etc..) that would then 100 percent be the cause.

Everyone is talking about alcohol tolerance, but I wondered then how you go drinking other things, like wine and spirits? With how sudden this was I wondered if it might be an allergic reaction, or maybe something more that is unrelated to the alcohol, or maybe just triggered by it. Maybe you should ask a doctor.

If your blood is thin as it is, drinking could make it too thin and that would cause the hot and cold flashes. Other that that I am drawing a blank.

Are you sure it wasn't spiked with something? That isn't a normal reaction to alcohol, especially such a small amount. Unless you have an insanely low tolerance, or had some bizarre interaction with a medication, you might want to consider the possibility.
