Hello guys,
I've been working out for about two months and I've been like obsessed in getting 300 calories burnt a day, is that too much or too little? I'm 16 years old.
Thanks!

Honestly, at first glance, I thought it seemed like everything was ok. Until I saw this word:
obsessed
300 calories to burn a day really isn't an enormous amount or anything, and is fairly healthy as long as you continue to eat right while doing the exercise. However, being obsessed with anything, to the point where you feel as though you can't get through the day without it, or it's the only thing that's on your mind, all day, every day, is not healthy, even if it's something like working out. So, yeah as long as you eat well it should be fine, but just keep in mind that you need to be wary of obsessing over it.
