I'm not exactly depressed its just everything I do turns out wrong everything is just adding up & I have thought of different ways in which to kill myself..
-drowning (wouldnt work)
-overdose (i have no pills)
-hanging (no, just no)
-shooting (no gun)
-slitting wrists (idk the "right" way to do it)

any ideas on a healthier way to deal with all my stress

first of all take a step back and take a close look at everything, it might not all be as such a big problem as it seams in the first place sometime things can get on top of you and weigh you down, the worst thing you could do would be to start cutting, it won't solve anything and just makes things get even worse in the long run, i would know. and suicide does cross everyones mind from time to time, it's even normal to plan how you would kill your self, but think of it as a easy and weak way out of life, and i believe that everyone is better than that, and there always is enougher way to solve things.

i normally write a list of things that are getting me down or stressing me out putting the worst on at the top of the list and putting them in that sort of order and then like the list you wrote about suicide do that for each worry you have, how you can get around it or sort it about, but don't try to sort them all out in one go. do one at a time.

i can't really think of anything else to say becuase i don't know what else is stressing you out and getting on top of you, but i'm here to help as much as i can :]

Star_face, that's some great advice.

Also if you haven't read the sticky in this forum with alternatives to self-harming.

My advice to you is keep your self occupied by doing stuff that you enjoy doing. Then soon you will probably start to feel less stressed and much more relaxed!
