i need help

like whenever i push on my left nipple its dose'nt hurt and you can go kinda far down (like if you push on yor nipple and push down i can go far)
well my right nipple when i push down on it i can feel a tiny little ball or something like that and it hurts and like right when i down the little ball thing is right there and it hurts

so what is this thing

you may be pushing into some bone or something. i can't say i've heard of this before but maybe you should just not push on your nipples.

o i thought maybe it might just be a deposit of hormones because thats what my doctor told me it goes away after like 3 weeks
